How To Wear A Hat

From my earliest blogging days, I have had an obsession over hats. It's only because I have a big head and big hair that I haven't been able to wear hats as much as I would like. But this hasn't stopped me from keeping a look out for fitting headpieces whenever I am out shopping.
Hats can be worn all year round all. For the warmer weather opt for hats made of lighter fabrics to shield you from the strong sunrays. When the weather cools down, felt hats and beanies are ideal to keep you warm and stylish. For this post, I'm looking at hats that you can wear on any occasion not just to dressy affairs such as weddings or to festivals.
Hats come in a variety of styles: snapbacks, fedoras, beanies, cowboy hats, wide-brim hats and my new favourite, vintage 1940s style hats. Pair them with your every day outfits such as jeans or official trousers and skirts for a more polished look.

WHAT I WORE: SHEER FLORALS

Hi all! I had a job interview today and there was no power at home following a huge storm yesterday, so I opted for this sheer floral dress.  This dress is one of my two go to outfits when I don't have time to iron or in today's case, when we don't have electricity in the morning. As I'm having a migraine, I'll just let the photos speak for themselves. I discovered that a red lip makes a huge difference to a simple outfit. Have you tried to wear a red lip?
