Trends To Try | Pale Pink

Also known as Pale Dogwood Pink, I am loving this shade of pink so much. While I prefer bolder shades of colours, pastel pink has a way of creeping up on you and making you fall in love!
As with other colours that I feature in the Trends To Try series, I like to imagine how I can incorporate pale pink not only in my wardrobe but in my day to day. Different ways you can incorporate this colour are by:

  • wear a pale pink shade of nail polish
  • buying pale pink flowers
  • adding pale pink accents to your home decor in the form of towels, bath mats, a couch or throw rug or pillow for your bed or couch
If going for full on pale pink isn't your forte, how about getting accessories instead e.g. a handbag, tie, shoes, scarf.
When wearing pale pink, pair it with black and white to add a pop of colour, blue and a hint of green to freshen it up or with a bit of gold. Pink and grey always look good together so you can easily add this trend to your work wardrobe.

Hi!!! I hope your week is coming along great. Mine is not too bad. My left upper and lower jaws have been giving me problems the whole week and my dentist (who also happens to be my dad) says he can't do anything until the swelling and the pain subsides.  My obsession with boots started when I was about 14 years old. I remember making a deal with my mum that should I make a certain mark in my exams she would buy me a pair of boots. And that's when I got my first boots which I absolutely loved and wore until they were falling apart. Over the years, my love affair with boots has grown. DRESSED IN CHOCOLATE BROWN AND PINK

Hi all!!! I hope your week is coming along great. I'm starting to have a back-log of posts and I'm beginning to wonder how to catch up. I wore this outfit some weeks ago.
