Five Books I Want To Read in 2019

My love for reading books has always been bubbling beneath the surface and it has finally blown over. I've not always been a great reader. To make matters worse, motherhood has given me even less time for leisure activities like reading. However, I started pushing myself a bit and now I make time to read.

I find it a good use of time to read while in the matatu, when I take myself on a lunch date or when my eyes need a rest from constantly staring at a screen.

This year, I have decided to challenge myself a bit more by documenting the books I have read and loved as well as have a running list of books that I would love to read.

Below are five books that I am keen to read this year.

1. Memoirs of a Geisha

2. Becoming by Michelle Obama

3. An Edited Life by Anna Newton

4. Reasons to stay alive by Matt Haig

5. Heart and hustle by Patricia Bright

I'm a huge fan of bold colours, so you can guess how excited I am about the neon trend.
