Trends To Try | The Bomber Jacket

Is anyone else kinda thrilled to be going through the different 90s trends? I know I am. Take the bomber jacket for instance. It has made a come back in a huge way. And now, you can get it with floral prints, bright cheery colours, with embroidery or just keep it simple.
Wear it with jeans, a dress or skirt, this is the ultimate piece if you want to bring out the tom boy in you. I love the contrast it brings when worn with more feminine pieces like a skirt or dress and heels.

Intro

I love clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery and all things fashion. When I walk on the streets, go to offices, parties or even when I’m meeting people, I can’t help but notice what those around me are wearing. I like to take in their choice of outfit, the shoes they chose to wear and the bag they chose to carry. I look at the make up the lady has applied, is it too much or just enough? What hair style do they have? Is the outfit appropriate for the particular time of day and/or event? When I read newspapers or magazines I quickly flip to the style pages, something I’m sure many, many girls do. As I walk through the streets of Nairobi after a somewhat long absence, I can’t help but notice how Kenyan ladies as well as the guys have embraced the latest fashion trends. Miss Elly Turns 3

Tomorrow my baby turns 3! Can you believe it? I definitely can't. She's growing up too fast for my liking. As the days go by she gets more and more independent and I'm not certain how I will cope the day she doesn't need me at all. Over the last year, baby girl has grown by leaps and bounds. She's getting taller and prettier (if I do say so myself) everyday. She opens doors by herself and just the other day she told me to let her get in and out of the bath tub by herself. Omg! When did this happen! She even wants to bathe herself, pick her own clothes and dress herself. Her speech is quite well developed. You see when Elly started speaking, she used to say one word, then she moved on to phrases and now she makes whole sentences.
